On-site Response

If your technical problem cannot be resolved through the Help Desk or Remote Access one of our engineers will arrange to visit your site at an agreed time and within our guaranteed response times.

Wherever possible, you will be assigned the same engineer for both telephone and on-site support to ensure he has a working knowledge of your site and working practices. More importantly, we will send the best engineer for your problem and ensure they are fully briefed and correctly equipped to provide you the best service possible.

If the fault with your supported Apple hardware cannot be rectified on-site, a loan unit can be installed and configured, meaning you are always left with a working solution.
