If your Apple equipment requires a replacement part, or the fault needs further investigation, we’ll take it to our workshop to continue testing.

Intermittent faults can potentially take many hours, or even days to manifest themselves, which would prove costly to do on-site.

When hardware is on test in the workshop you are only paying for the time the engineer is working on your machine, not the time it is in the workshop.
